Welcome to Kwe Kustoms. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Payment Policy

All customers must pay in full. Production will not begin until payment is made so be sure to pay immediately upon receipt of invoice to avoid delays in getting your order to you. We accept payments via Zelle, Cash App or check. Details listed on invoice. Also be sure to review proofs before payment. Once payment is made, your order will be considered approved and in line for production

Split Payment Option: In the event you are genuinely unable to pay in full, we will accept a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% will be due 2 weeks from the first payment date. Please note failure to make the next payment by due date will result in an additional $50 late fee per week missed.

Artwork Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to use any images, logos, or text provided for printing. We reserve the right to reject any content that violates copyright laws, is offensive, or is inappropriate. Proofs must be reviewed and approved before production. We are not liable for errors in approved designs. Please note mockups are only a digital representation of the finished product. Designs and placements shown are not guaranteed to be to scale nor detail and color accurate.

Production/Turnaround Time

Standard production time is 10 days. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages) will be communicated promptly.

Graphic Design Pricing and Policy

Graphic design projects will cost a standard fee of $60. This includes up to 3 revisions and PNG file downloads. There will be a $5 fee per additional revision or additional file type. As with apparel projects, design work will not begin until payment is made. Please allow 5-10 days for draft delivery.

For apparel designs, the $60 fee will be assessed upfront then later deducted from your final order price, should you choose to proceed with production. Any additional fees assessed for design work will not be deducted from the final order price.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping cost will vary depending on the size of the order and the destination address. Cost of shipping will be calculated on order by order basis. Orders can also be picked up at Kwe Kustoms workshop. Delivery is available free of charge anywhere within a 15 mile radius of Kwe Kustoms workshop.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or customs processing for international orders. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to discuss resolution options.

Returns & Refunds

All orders are final sale and non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect. Claims for defective or incorrect items must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion after reviewing the claim.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after payment for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a fee or not possible. Changes to an order after approval may likely result in additional charges and production delays.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the affected order.

Privacy & Data Security

Customer information is collected and used solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing and shipping.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
